ACCESS STATEMENT FOR LOW OSGOODBY GRANGE
INTRODUCTION
We aim to cater for all our visitors on our working farm based 3 bed roomed Bed & Breakfast. The following statement is a summary of our provision. If you have any specific questions do not hesitate to call us.
PRE ARRIVAL
The main station is 15 minutes away
The nearest town Thirsk is 10 minutes away
ARRIVAL & CAR PARKING FACILITES
There is ample guest car parking available in gravel area outside at the back of our house.
Assitance with luggage is offered to guests.
The entrance is accessed along part gravel & through a side gate on to a patio area with tables and chairs which are situated (15 yards) through the garden to the front door.
There are security lights & front lights on at night.
Main Entrance is in to a small hallway with the dining room to the right & the sitting room to the left.
Guests are escorted to the rooms & facilities explained.
There are 13 shallow stairs with handrail on the right leading to the front double bedroom
There are 7 shallow stairs with handrail on the right + 6 slightly steeper stairs with handrail on the left leading to 2 other bedrooms one being a double room & the other being a family room.
BEDROOMS
All ensuite with shower cubicles & tiled
All secure locked doors.
All have televisions with remote control
